Kevin Clarke CCE EnCE CISA ACE
Kevin Clarke consults with clients on issues related to electronic data collection, computer forensics and e-discovery services. Additionally, he drives the firm’s day-to-day forensic investigations from a management and investigative standpoint, primarily leading cases related to theft of intellectual property and non-compete issues, as well as other types of investigations.

Mr. Clarke has been in the legal technology industry for more than ten years, having previously served as a case manager at Xerox Legal Services, a manager with Stout Risius Ross and an e-discovery consultant with LexisNexis Applied Discovery. He has achieved numerous industry certifications, including Certified Computer Examiner, Certified Information Systems Auditor, EnCase Certification, and AccessData Certified Examiner, and he is also a Michigan State Licensed Professional Investigator. He earned his Bachelor of Science in computer science from Eastern Michigan University.
