We are currently seeking a Relativity Project Manager to join us in either our Illinois or Michigan locations.
Communicate Computing Source’s end-to-end discovery management service offerings and offer constructive feedback and input to company management based on industry requirements.
Provide presentations, demonstrations, and training of our products and services to prospective clients.
Assist with performing all database administrative functions associated with the day to day use of Relativity and LAW PreDiscovery, including but not limited to: loading, processing, and producing electronic data; communicating with outside parties about production specifications; and assisting in the troubleshooting of production issues.
Offer recommendations for effective project management, help determine and implement the appropriate workflow and services for a project, respond to request for proposals, and generate budget estimates.
Develop proficiency in and utilize the various tools available for collection, data processing, hosting, and production during the life cycles of a project for clients.
Maintain regular contact with and manage expectations of clients to help ensure client satisfaction and report project progress as necessary, both internally and externally, by maintaining tracking logs of media, data, images and tasks.
Coordinate interdepartmental resources to help ensure completion of projects on schedule.
Identify process and quality control improvements on all project deliverables and as part of a post-project analysis.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent related work experience.
5+ years of experience working with evidence and discovery management processes.
Familiarity with the litigation discovery process and experience with large-scale document review, production, and trial preparation.
Prior exposure to a wide range of ESI processing and hosting technologies (Relativity, LAW, Nuix, Clearwell, etc.).
Must have Relativity experience, including but not limited to: creating the work space; assigning user accounts; loading data; performing indexing, searching and tagging of relevant data; and providing on-going technical support and training. Relativity Certification is a plus but not required.
Experience using litigation support applications and/or forensic collection tools.
Keep abreast of and become proficient in newly deployed Relativity databases including the use of structured analytics and conceptual searching.
Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with various levels of management.
Flexibility regarding work schedule to meet position needs outside of regular business hours.
Ability to confidently and accurately communicate in both written and verbal form.
